[PATCH] powerpc: enable heap randomization for linkstations

The current defconfig for Linkstation/Kuroboxes has the "Disable Heap
Randomization" option enabled.

Since some of these machines are facing the internet, it helps to have
heap randomization enabled. This patch enables it.
