ELF format in bzImage backport to 2.6.24

Hello,

If anyone is interested in booting a 2.6.24 kernel on both bare-metal and
within xen using the same kernel image, I went ahead and back-ported Ian
Campbell's commit to the 2.6.26 kernel to 2.6.24.7

The patch is attached. I also have Ian's backports to 2.6.25 (which is
what I used to backport to 2.6.24) so if you're interested in obtaining
those as well, let me know.
