2.6.26-rc9-mmotm oops - suspect kernel-schedc-add-missing-attr-parameter.patch

kernel-schedc-add-missing-attr-parameter.patch is my leading suspect, as it's
the last thing to poke around in the failing code...

My /etc/rc.local had this in it:

echo 1 > /sys/devices/system/cpu/sched_mc_power_savings
