[PATCH 4/6] byteorder: fix direct byteswap includes

From: Harvey Harrison
Date: Fri Jul 11 2008 - 15:12:06 EST

The swahb, swahw helpers weren't included from the old byteorder headers,
you had to grovel around in the implementation files to get them.

The are provided by the new byteorder headers, so just include that.
