[PATCH 37/50] KVM: Add coalesced MMIO support (ia64 part)

From: Avi Kivity
Date: Thu Jun 26 2008 - 08:40:54 EST

From: Laurent Vivier <Laurent.Vivier@xxxxxxxx>

This patch enables coalesced MMIO for ia64 architecture.
It defines KVM_MMIO_PAGE_OFFSET and KVM_CAP_COALESCED_MMIO.
It enables the compilation of coalesced_mmio.c.

[akpm: fix compile error on ia64]
