[GIT PULL] kbuild fixes

Hi Linus.

Please apply the following two fixes by pulling from:

master.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/sam/kbuild.git


The MODULE_LICENSE fix is neded to get an allmodconfig
build fixed.
