2.6.25-rc2 - Missing in Action?

Per chance is 2.6.25-rc2 missing in action? I see the announcement from
about 3 and a half hours ago, but the latest patch that I see is
rc1-git4.  

I even took the unheard of action of hitting refresh on my browser.

No joy
