[patch] 4/4 Support for Toshiba TMIO multifunction devices

 Hi guys.

This patchset contains support for three toshiba multifunction devices.

This patch adds platform support for the TMIO devices used by the various
e-series platforms.

It depends on the previous patch in this series.
