[PATCH 002/104] KVM: SMP: Add vcpu_id field in struct vcpu

From: Avi Kivity
Date: Mon Sep 17 2007 - 04:32:39 EST

From: Qing He <qing.he@xxxxxxxxx>

This patch adds a `vcpu_id' field in `struct vcpu', so we can
differentiate BSP and APs without pointer comparison or arithmetic.
