Linux 2.6.19.7 + oprofile = BUG: unable to handle kernel NULLpointer dereference at virtual address 00000020

Not sure if this is oprofile's fault, but I got this
when I started opreport.
10 min after BUG system needed to be rebooted (cycling power).
With earlier kernel (without oprofile) everything worked for a month
without hiccups.
