[PATCH 3/4] Char: mxser_new, remove tty_wakeup bottomhalf

[Jiri Slaby]

mxser_new, remove tty_wakeup bottomhalf

It's safe to call tty_wakeup from irq context. Do not schedule it for later
calling.
