[PATCH] i386: .eh_frame unwind annotations for entry.S

As a foundation for reliable stack unwinding, this adds CFI unwind
annotations to many low-level i386 routines. It (obviously) requires
the previously submitted patch introducing CONFIG_UNWIND_INFO.
