[PATCH] make umount_tree() static

[Miklos Szeredi]

Make umount_tree() static, since it's not used outside namespace.c in
either -linus or -mm:

linux-2.6.12-rc4-mm1/fs/namespace.c
linux-2.6.12-rc4-mm1/include/linux/namespace.h
