[PATCH 2.6] cciss update to version 2.6.4

From: mike . miller
Date: Fri Jan 07 2005 - 18:06:48 EST

This patch removes support for 2 controllers that were recently cancelled and
it adds support for the P600, a cciss based SAS controller due to ship in
late March/early April '05.
Neither of these controllers have made it to the field.
