[patch 2/6] s390: core changes.

s390 core changes:
- Load pid to cr4 on context switch.
- Correct and check buffer length of cpcmd. Fix cpcmd inline assembly.
- Add missing cc clobber to do_softirq insline assembly.
- Regenerate default configuration.
