Re: 8139too in 2.6.x tx timeout

OGAWA Hirofumi is a genius (but aren't they all!).  He helped me ages ago 
pin down a problem with 8139too driver that had similar problems as you have now solved (although mine was a BIOS setting that OGAWA Hirofumi determined whilst in  diagnosis!).
