anybody maintaining Documentation/filesystems/proc.txt ?

HI !

 Documentations/filesystems/proc.txt seems to be a bit out of date and not
 realy complete - the URL given in the proc.txt
 http://skaro.nightcrawler.com/~bb/Docs/Proc also does not seem to be up
 so where could I drop in an update for late 2.4.X + current 2.6.X ?
