hi,

after switching from 2.6.1 to 2.6.4 I see IDE performance drop again.

hdparm /dev/hda

/dev/hda:
multcount = 1 (on)
IO_support = 1 (32-bit)
unmaskirq = 1 (on)
using_dma = 1 (on)
keepsettings = 0 (off)
readonly = 0 (off)
readahead = 8192 (on)
geometry = 26310/16/63, sectors = 26520480, start = 0

under 2.4.x and 2.6.1 i had about 40 MB/s in hdparm -ft. in 2.6.4 i get
at most 26 MB/s. changing readahead does not help. i'm using ac
scheduler.
