Problem with IRQ routing in 2.6 kernel on HP LH3 server

From: Bielecki, Andrew (ITD)
Date: Tue Dec 23 2003 - 13:58:59 EST

Hi
I have old HP LH3 dual 400Mhz server which running mandrake Cooker. Any
Kernel 2.4.X works fine on the system but any mandrake 2.6 or compiled
kernel from kernel.org will panic on boot. I narrow the problem to IRQ
routing since all 2.4 kernels will report my megaraid controller on IRQ 9
and Intel EtherPro100 on IRQ 10 when 2.6 kernel reporting them on IRQ 25 and
26 respectively. Are there any lilo switches I can use to make IRQs behave
like under 2.4 kernel.
