2.6.0/menuconfig->help

I guess it is quite common that /usr/src/linux is owned by root and mode
u=rwX,go=rX. For me it is also desirable that any unprivileged user can
view the kernel configuration by calling *config. This basically works
but viewing the description/help for a configuration option fails with
menuconfig.
