The lkml convention is reply to all. It works well for a high volume list.
Indeed. I can only talk for myself, but I read lkml very casually (once
a week or so), so I'll never see your mail if you don't cc me. It's as
simple as that.
Uhh well OK, I thought you guys would receive all mails form the list,
because then it is a bit irritating to get everything twice in an active
discussion. Son now I gotta start testing...
