2.4.23-pre5 oops, 2.4.21 works fine

Oops happens in init scripts just after the eth devices init and befor atm init, which fails. Thought it might be the ATM init problem while not module that showed up in 2.4.22 but now I see some e1000 mesg in the trace.

I hope someone will be able to find the bug here.
