[PATCH] 2.5.70bk - drivers/net/sk98lin/skge.c to pci style init

From: Francois Romieu (romieu@fr.zoreil.com)
Date: Fri Jun 06 2003 - 20:42:02 EST

Greetings,

- PCI API init style conversion for drivers/net/sk98lin/skge.c;
- new helpers: SkGeDev{Init/CleanUp};
- sk_devs_lock moved around as it's needed early.

Please review carefully.
