[PATCH] Move EXPORT_SYMBOL from kernel/ksyms.c to fs/namei.c

Move EXPORT_SYMBOL() from kernel/ksyms.c to fs/namei.c.
Also make vfs_rename_dir and vfs_rename_other static since they're not
used anywhere else.
