allow_signal broke compile

The allow_changes in the latest bk produced the following errors when
compiling modules:

*** Warning: fs/cifs/cifs.ko: "allow_signal" unresolved!
*** Warning: fs/lockd/lockd.ko: "allow_signal" unresolved!
*** Warning: fs/smbfs/smbfs.ko: "allow_signal" unresolved!
*** Warning: net/sunrpc/sunrpc.ko: "allow_signal" unresolved!
*** Warning: drivers/usb/core/usbcore.ko: "allow_signal" unresolved!

I'm attaching my configuration.
