Hello again,

modprobe ne2k-pci debug=3 full_duplex=1

tail -f /var/log/messages

Jul 11 11:00:24 firex kernel: ne2k-pci.c: v1.02 for Linux 2.2,

after that: ifup eth0 and ifup eth1

and test with net2k-pci-diag

./net2k-pci-diag -a

Any ideas now? ne2k-pci-diag seems to report that booth ethernet cards
are still in half-duplex mode.
