Attached patch provides preemptive kernel support for the PPC
architecture. This patch is against kernel 2.4.19-pre9 and is meant to
be applied on top of the standard preempt-kernel patch available from:
ftp://ftp.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/people/rml/preempt-kernel
If all goes well I will integrate this into the next release of the
preempt-kernel patch.
