From: Vincenzo Cuciti (vcuciti@hotmail.com)

[1.] One line summary of the problem:
MTRR support doesn't work properly with Rage128 pro based card.
[2.] Full description of the problem/report:
Graphic acceleration features do not work under X since I
installed kernel
         release 2.5.0.
The problem arises mainly with games which use 3D rendering
features
(such as Tux Racer, Gl Tron ecc.)
         I tried to patch with 2.5.1, 2.5.2, 2.5.3-pre6 : I saw no
improvement.
[3.] Keywords (i.e., modules, networking, kernel):
mtrr , r128, dri, kernel, graphic acceleration
[4.] Kernel version (from /proc/version):
         2.5.3-pre6 (since 2.5.0)
         2.4.3 behaves correctly
[5.] Output of Oops.. message (if applicable) [snip]
         (From /var/log/kernel/warnings)
mtrr: no MTRR for dc000000,2000000 found
[6.] A small shell script or example program which triggers the
     problem (if possible)
         Not available
[7.] Environment
         Kde 2.1.1
         XFree86 ver. 4.0.3
[7.1.] Software (add the output of the ver_linux script here)
