ISDN chargehup control is broken :

[root@fw /root]# isdnctrl chargehup ippp0
Charge-Hangup for ippp0 is on
[root@fw /root]# isdnctrl chargehup ippp0 off
Charge-Hangup for ippp0 is off
[root@fw /root]# isdnctrl chargehup ippp0
Charge-Hangup for ippp0 is on

With fix applied :

Fix is attached.
