2.4.13 Video QuickCam problem

Hello:

Are there any known issues with 2.4.13 and QuickCam video??

It appears to have broken from 2.4.5 somehow as I'm using cqcam and it
is not capturing pictures since the upgrade...no other changes have
been made.
