[PATCH] mxser broken since 2.4.5

The mxser driver (Moxar mutiple serial ports card) has been updated (and
broken) between the 2.4.4 and 2.4.5 kernels.
A doucle call of down() on a semaphore in mxser_write leads to a D state.

Please apply the attached patch.
