I'm definitely convice that in the actual kernel source 2.2.16 & 2.2.17 there is
a bug that generate this Oops:

Because:

Is not an hardware memory problem! ( I change completely the SIM modules )
Is not a binutils problem! ( I downgrade to the base binutils specified in the
Documentation/Changes )
Is not a compiler problem ( I downgrade to the base gcc specified in the
Documentation/Changes )
Is not a reiserfs problem ( I go back to ext2 ////// I've used reiserfs only for
 a /download (28Gbyte) file server repository )

Results:
The kernel is Oops-ing more and more

Now (today):
I try linux-2.2.18pre15 and I will see what happens!
