[patch] 2.2.18pre1: parallel port PCI card support

Here is a patch for 2.2.18pre1 which:

- removes broken Timedia support (see 2.4 for the correct version)
- adds Boca Research IOPPAR support
- adds Oxford Semi OX16PCI954 and OX12PCI840 support
