2.4.0-test7-pre3: kernel PCMCIA works again

Actually 240t7p3 plus the boot patch first posted by Mike Galbraith IIRC.

Of course the init script needs to load yenta_socket instead of yenta+pci_socket
 but otherwise it's okay. Last working kernel was 2.4.0-test5-pre5...
