PATCH - export wake_up_process + 64 bit printk's for 2.2.16

Here is a small patch that would be great to get into 2.2.17, which
would allow for 64 bit printks to work (which would probably make alot
of peoples life easier), and exports wake_up_process, which should be
exported to modules anyway.

        Thanks,

                Mike
