Linux 2.2.17pre16 problems with audio CD on SCSI

This gives me a lot of trouble with some essential programs
(eg. quake ;-) trying to access an audio cdrom.

When running quake with an audio cd in, the SCSI bus gets reset all
the times. Reverting to the old CDROMPLAYTRKIND implementation from
the 3.10 driver (the one in 2.2.16) fixes the problem.
