Yes that bug was fixed in .16.

If the deadlocked kernel had kdb linked into it, you only need to press
PAUSE (or another key using serial console) to spawn kdb and examine the
tasks. OOM deadlocks almost never happens with irq disabled so simple
PAUSE is going to be enough.
