When this happens please send email to ftpadmin@kernel.org and include
the *IP number* of the server that gives you trouble. There are
currently 26 different ftp.us.kernel.org servers, and we need to know
which one.

If you don't know how to get the IP number of the server you're
using, you can also go to http://www.kernel.org/mirrors/, click on a
country (e.g. United States) and access the list of servers directly.
