es1371 broken sometime after 2.3.28

  Hi, Thomas. For a long time now (sometime after 2.3.28), the es1371
driver has been broken. Using SOUND_MIXER_DEVMASK no longer yields
SOUND_MASK_RECLEV, so my mixer app (xmix) doesn't allow me to set the
recording level to the maximum (which I need).
