PPC doesn't boot zImage either (see the sentence above), so what's your
brain damage?

"Older Dell laptops" isn't a contcrete example (especially when suffixed
with "that I used to have", which means nothing recent has been
tested.) "The Dell Foobar 776Z in my kitchen" is a concrete example.
