ide-floppy doesn't work with devfs 99.14/99.15

Hello,

after the Update from Linux 2.2.15 and devfs 99.12 to Linux 2.2.16 and
devfs 99.14 its no longer possible to access my LS-120:

root@nexus:~# modprobe ide-floppy
hdd: The drive reports both 126222336 and 0 bytes as its capacity
root@nexus:~# mount /floppy/
mount: special device /dev/discs/disc1/disc does not exist

Now I have updated devfs to 99.15, but the Problem still exist.
With 2.2.15 and devfs 99.12 it was no problem to access my LS-120 in that
way.
