i'm unaware of what specifically has changed to make this occur, but
when trying to connect using the ttysnoop client, it immediately quits,
while the server appears to die. example:
logged into local VT through ttysnoops (server)
ran ttysnoop client as usual
Output (client):
------------------------------------------------
nuklear [~]# ttysnoop ttyp1
Back at local tty.
------------------------------------------------
Output (server vt):
------------------------------------------------
nuklear [~]$ can't accept on server socket
Linux (etc)
nuklear.localhost login:
------------------------------------------------
