didn't Peter Anvin say recently that the reason the internal mount
instance of shmfs is mounted on "/" is todo with POSIX IPC requirements
that any object should correspond to a "real pathname"?

if you disagree about this, then how about making internal mounted
instance of /proc to be mounted somewhere other than "/" also? E.g. on
"proc:" like pipefs is mounted on "pipe:"
