Looks good in principle, but a few comments:

  - If you compile without CONFIG_IPV6 and later enable it as a module,
    recompile, and load the module, you'll crash horribly.

  - Generally modules still have to use arrays.

  - I think `percpu' is a more informative name than `pda'.
