YES! Amazing what a innocent-looking #include lines can do sometimes :)

Now all my bttv problems go away! So, the only problem left in ac8
(apart from aic7xxx resetting) is that es1371 doesn't give me midi. I do
remember Alan telling me that 1371 doesn't have synth chip, yes, but I
also do remember that I did somehow get .mid producing something in the
speakers in the past...
