New stuff:
* iput() call in dentry_iput() taken out of the big lock.
* devpts switched to FS_SINGLE and cleaned up. In particular,
it doesn't define (bogus) ->read_inode() and doesn't pollute icache.
devpts_remount() added, to allow changing the default mode/uid/gid.
Please, try it. Thing is on ftp.math.psu.edu/pub/viro/dcache-ac8-L.gz.
