I would be very surprised if a driver for this exists for Linux.

This NIC has an on-board ARM processor and on-board 3DES hardware. It
apparently runs part of the IP & TCP stacks on-board as well as the
compute-intensive parts of IPSec. "co-developed with Microsoft"
3com have, in my opinion, been good to Linux. Plenty of datasheets plus
publishing their own Linux drivers under the GPL. But it would be
expensive for them to provide Linux support for this device. And as MS
have obviously provided financial and IP inputs it would be ethically
and legally dubious for 3com to do this.
