2.4.0test1-ac4 - mount problem

There is posiible to mount many times the same directory -
without " xxx already mounted " error message.
Mtab contains multple entries for the same point.
Tested with cdrom and floppy.

bash-2.03# mount /cdrom
bash-2.03# mount /cdrom
bash-2.03# mount /cdrom
bash-2.03# mount /cdrom
bash-2.03# cat /etc/mtab
