There's no point in merging non-tcp v3 NFS stuff unless it's actually
used (client + server) so it can actually be tested in
2.2.16-pre, don't you think?

Merging the v2 fixes for 2.2.16-pre and deferring v3 for 2.2.17-pre
would be the better way to go, then, would not it, in the meanwhile,
util-linux could be fixed.

I recall massive patch orgies in Red Hat's mount (someone posted
excerpts from their .spec/.src.rpm) to get things working.
