page_exception

In arch/i386/kernel/traps.c and arch/s390/kernel/traps.c there is a
declaration of page_exception:

void page_exception(void);

I can't find any reference to that anywhere else in the current kernel
tree. (and no definition of that funcion.)
Probably this can be deleted.
